Is there anyone who likes to come shopping at places where the waiters are not welcome,  with poor service and a dirty place ? Of course, it will make the potential customers away.

At the time of transaction, customers need a complete information about the items to be purchased. For example about the price, the warranty period, the way the operation, and also about the after sales service. Due to the many questions, a buyer need a customer service officer who patient and can give a satisfactory answer to their questions. If the buyer feel appreciated then they will choose our store to buy something what they need. They will back and back again. And if they really satisfy, they will tell to their family and friends.

Services to customers can be done via telephone too, but this can only be given to customers who had left their telephone number at the store. So when the store has a special sales program or discount program, they will be able to inform it to the customer.

Basically, all customer service programs are intended to increase sales. Making our customers happy and love to shop at our stores.
